"The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. This was between 4-6 pm. Ow, barrel saunas was a constant in and out and never got hot. The hotel is great but don’t expect that perfect...

"The property was well worn and tired looking. The furniture is old and scratched and poor condition. The bed was hard and old. Sheets were stained and the duvet was lumpy. Kitchen appliances were damaged and or severally battered. No extas in the kitchen ie) salt pepper etc. Towels were old and thin and frayed. Overall this place is not worth the money but fortunately the location dictates the amount. Would not recommend. "

"We rented unit 264, a 2 bedroom condo. The condo was clean, everything worked and was in good order. The beds and linens were comfortable. The Aspen's has three hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool. Wonderful apri ski social time in the hot tubs learning about other skiers adventures for the day. This complex is easy ski in ski out and have a wonderful ski vale.
