In true Whistler style, there are vintage alpine sporting equipment that hang on the walls and large wooden columns and beams all throughout giving this retreat a mountain feel. Adding to that are a wood burning river rock fireplace and bar. Wintergreen is a short 10 mins walk to the Blackcomb ski lifts in Upper Village. Summer activities are also just outside your doorstep with the trail head to the Lost Lake Loop and Valley Trail just across the street. Also at your disposal are tennis courts beside the property.

As you enter there is a mud room with lots of hooks, shelves and a closet for your winter gear. Heading up the stairs, you are greeted with high vaulted ceilings in the living area that has a comfy sectional facing the fireplace. This a great place to make a roaring fire and just unwind after a day of skiing. Alternately, you can just pop in a DVD in the player or watch Netflix on the brand big screen SMART SAMSUNG TV. Free wifi is also included. Across is a 6 person dining table with additional seating at the bar for 3. The kitchen will delight any cook with its granite countertops and high end appliances like the Sub Zero fridge. It’s fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, glassware, dishware and utentils. Across the kitchen is an in suite washer and dryer for your convenience. Beside that is a bedroom that has a queen bed and brand new Smart Samsung TV. The bathroom on this floor features natural stone, heated floors and a tub shower combo. Off the living room is a patio for taking in that fresh mountain air.

On the third floor is the master bedroom also with a new Smart Samsung TV. Facing the queen bed are large windows that overlook the living area below letting in lots of light. Down the hallway is another room that has two twin day beds and a small step out patio. There is a common bathroom with a large walk in shower and heated floors.

There is one designated underground parking space included as well as guest parking. Unfortunately, we have a NO PET policy. There is also NO SMOKING INDOORS.

This lovely condominium was very clean, warm and welcoming. Decorated like a ski chalet the furniture was very comfortable and easily accommodated the four of us. Only a 10 min walk to the ski lift accommodated the skiers in our party while an additional 15 min to the lower village was easily manageable for the rest of us. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

The unit is in a great location close to Upper Village. Unit is very nice and spacious with very comfortable beds. Communication with owners was very fast and helpful. Free shuttle right outside the door.

The location was good and the ski slopes were easily accessible. The property was comfortable but needs some work. The lower bathroom has mildew and what looks like rust stains in the tub. One of the range burners did not work and the extractor fan over the range did not work very well. The upper bathroom ran out of hot water one night. The property has a washer and dryer but the washer is difficult to load because you cannot open the lid completely as the dryer is in the way. The dryer dial is difficult to understand. The unit is an upper unit and you have to drag your suitcases up several flights of stairs. All in all, the condo was clean and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Beautiful and Convenient Property
Beautiful townhouse, excellent location - convenient to the Village/MarketPlace and easily walkable, including to lifts and gondolas. Beautiful vistas from the townhouse. House very clean, and well-appointed. Held the 7 of us nicely, although our daughter, 19 year old grandsons & our son found the upstairs beds, uncomfortable, saggy and 1 grandson ended up sleeping on the sofa. Except for those beds, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. I do want to mention a couple of maintenance issues that may already have been addressed: On day 1, I did notify the owner that the upstairs wall railing wasn't reliably attached to the wall, and a grandson fell when trying to grasp it. Next, the toilet seat in the Master Suite was not firmly attached: my husband fell off it once when he twisted a bit, and another time it fell off in the middle of the night and I had to reattach it. Also, I would suggest soap dishes on bathroom vanities, more than 3 dish towels, and a dish cloth.

Very tastefully decorated townhome. Really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. Everything was as described. walking distance to everything. Having secure garage parking for two cars (1 reserved + 1 visitor) was perfect to leave skis on the car.

It was spacious for 4 adults & well appointed. Nice floor plan to allow for some privacy. Beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. We enjoyed being out of the village- the walk was lovely. There are stairs to get to the townhome & in the townhome but it was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.

Nice family place in quiet neighbourhood
Great spot for four adults and two kids. Beautiful trees outside the balcony and a very quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of underground parking. The bathrooms were nice, but note the main floor has a very deep tub that could be challenging for anyone who has difficulty getting over the side. Upstairs shower is spacious. The only complaint is that both queen mattresses are very uncomfortable and were talking points each morning. That’s why we can’t give this five stars.

Perfect spot near Blackcomb
This location is approx 5-10 walk to the Blackcomb Gondala. That makes for a perfect warmup before you start your day on the slopes. Angie (owner) was extremely responsive. Every message I sent prior to and during our stay was responded to within minutes. There are three rooms with 4 beds and a large couch as well. All appliances are modern including smart TVs that we used to watch Netflix. WiFi was responsive even with several devices connected. Transportation is available with bus stops that surround the property. We were very happy with our stay. If I am lucky enough to come to Whistler again I will stay here. -Ryan Virginia, USA
