"I love the property but is a little annoying that the check in is at 4:00 pm. were most hotels is at 1:00 pm latest. Is good to consider that if you are going to arrive early. "

"It was a great family vacation to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. Blackcomb Springs Suites room was spacious and the full kitchen helped it feel more like a home. The ski in / ski out location was very convenient as my wife was not a skier so we did not need to have to rent a car. Use a Whistler shuttle service from the airport to and from Blackcomb Springs Suites. The local free shuttle service around town made it easy to get around. "I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready without any confirmation on the timing. Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience."

"We rented unit 264, a 2 bedroom condo. The condo was clean, everything worked and was in good order. The beds and linens were comfortable. The Aspen's has three hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool. Wonderful apri ski social time in the hot tubs learning about other skiers adventures for the day. This complex is easy ski in ski out and have a wonderful ski vale.
