Only 3 stars for property condition as the common areas are in need of a refresh (carpet, paint, furnishings). Otherwise, I recommend staying at LeChamois for a Whistler trip. "

"Great property at great location, however door code and room number not provided 2 weeks prior as per email ended up 45 min on the phone with expedia to gain room access as the front desk cannot do anything. Eventually it got sorted but after a long trip to get there it was not a smooth transition. Also no instructions for garbage handling as the jotel cleaners don t pick them up….these were the only 2 issues, the rest was great"
