"I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready without any confirmation on the timing. Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience."

"Nice place to stay with a family. Verrry comfortable bed. Enough space for everyone and a cute fireplace. Really happy with this. Pool was warm enough to swim in winter, but not piping hot. Plates and dishes were minimal in the room so don't plan a dinner party. Good tv and sound."

"The suite was cute and a good layout, towels were very clean, linens were crisp and fresh. Furniture was nice too. But with no AC and only 4 small windows with no air flow and no screens it was very very hot and stuffy. They did bring us two more fans which made it bearable but not comfortable. Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy. "

"This property (unit 207) was adequate but is dated. It was fine for the price that we paid but I'm not sure I'd stay there again. The pillows were horrible and I'm quite sensitive to dust and found myself awake both nights with allergies. The place is NOT dusty and appeared perfectly clean but I think this is how it is with older properties. I also saw silverfish in the bathroom while I was up in the middle of the night. I think this may be expected in an older property but still not...

"Perfect location for skiing- very short walk to Blackcomb gondola. The ski check in the lobby was convenient. Condo was nicely furnished and comfortable for our group of 4. Kitchen was very well equipped which made eating in enjoyable. Pool and hot tubs looked great. Unit was very quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"We rented unit 264, a 2 bedroom condo. The condo was clean, everything worked and was in good order. The beds and linens were comfortable. The Aspen's has three hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool. Wonderful apri ski social time in the hot tubs learning about other skiers adventures for the day. This complex is easy ski in ski out and have a wonderful ski vale.
