"Booked for 1 night as we had an early flight from Gatwick South Terminal next morning. Never stayed overnight before. Swift and pleasant check in. Room was lovely - Exec King. Used the Exec lounge which was very pleasant. Great night’s sleep and room located in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again."

However, in the long run thevteam were very helpful with me contacting my booking agent to rectify it so the could chcheck us in. We finally checked in an was able to get a couple og sleep before our flight. The team at the receptiom were exceptiona!! I would stay there again. Thank you!!"
