The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. The hotel is lovely, our room on the third floor was very clean, comfotable, spacious and well maintained, we had a seagul visitor at the window, lovely views of the sea and pier. We had breakfast the next morning, im gluten free and they were very helpful with what i could eat, most things except sausages. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I had a swim before we left, the pool was clean and very nice. Id definately come again and try the spa treatments. "
