Hotel is well situated with a number of restaurants/cafes nearby and free parking in Brighton is very unusual! Only downside if you could call it that is it’s about 2 miles from the centre of Brighton. However I’d certainly recommend it."

"Went with a friend for overnight stay in Brighton. The parking was easy (under the hotel); the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated at the edge of the Lanes, lots of good restaurants nearby, it is on the sea front so lovely walks along the Promenade. The pier is just over the road. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast is really good - complete with someone cooking fresh pancakes and omelettes. "
