"Good room! adequate and great bed/bathroom, however when it comes to adjusting the temperature (when you check in during the winter times); the heater is centrally controlled so you can’t change any of the setting no matter who much you adjust it so our room was cold :( Otherwise, its in the heart of the city and its really convenient! elevators are convenient too "

"A remarkable boutique hotel with only seven rooms. Rooms are very hip and stylish as is the check in process. Our host met us at the door as we entered into a magical 1600 ‘ building with original small wooden spiral staircase. Stylish room with everything needed. Best of all is location ! Step out the door to the center of Christmas market, restaurants and shopping"

Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"Loved this property. The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They accommodated mom with a main level room. The beds were comfortable. We could eat outside in the garden. They do need to change the window in the bathroom. It wouldn’t close or open and there was mold in the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and needed a grab handle."

"Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"Bel hôtel renové, excellent service, juste en face de la gare, 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Liège. Épicerie Carrefour express juste à côté, plusieurs restaurants. Seul bémol est si vous arrivez en voiture. Aucun debarquadère et place meme pour arrêter, il faut faire un bout plus loin, se trouver une place et revenir à pied pour l'enregistrement. Le stationnement payant intérieur est à 150 mètres avant d'arriver."

"If you are taking the FlixBus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is small and basic, but comfortable. "We have stayed there for the second time. It is a very nice hotel, cool environment and cozy rooms. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was spacious and with very good soap. The room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good options and it was delicious. The pool was warm and nice. Bad sides: no offering of towels for sauna, no clear information regarding city tax and we got awake at 06h45 because they were using the cleaning cart in our corridor for 2 hours."
