"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. "My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. I will look forward to returning to enjoy this lovely spot again!"

"Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"Loved this property. The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They accommodated mom with a main level room. The beds were comfortable. We could eat outside in the garden. They do need to change the window in the bathroom. It wouldn’t close or open and there was mold in the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and needed a grab handle."
