"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"Hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, concert, sight seeing or dining. Beautiful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Loved the experience and the dining room is just stunning. "

"When I opened the room, there was a queen-size bed and a small bed. As it was only a short stay, I chose the small bed. But I didn't like the mattress, it was too soft, like jelly, and it caused me to pain all over my body."
