"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "Lovely staff, and great location, however my room was inward facing with limited natural light, The room had extremely thin walls and I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring room - which was extremely unpleasant. My room had its own shower and sink, but I had to use a toilet outside the room. Bathrooms always kept clean, and fresh towels provided each day. Would be good if there was air con and access to a microwave/kettle"

Suggestions for improvement would be to add blackout blinds for better sleeping the shutters and transparent drapes allow a lot of light in.
