"The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. We also had at least 4 theatres within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself was a pristine, modern and very clean place with all the requirements anyone would need for long or short stays. The Host was super pleasant, helpful and gave us the confidence to be relaxed for the week long stay we had there. We will definitely recommend...

"Great stay in this lovely apartment. It is close and very easy walking distance to Sol, Plaza Mayor and REALLY close to El Rastro. 24 hour Carrefour supermarket on the corner, Tirso de Molina metro at the plaza at the end of the street. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine. Would recommend. Only be aware there is a lift but there are 8 or so steps up to the lift, 3 without a balustrade."

"This is rental is truly unique. It felt clean and the kitchen and dining area was great and open to use as a family. The location is close to major sites like the Palace and lots of food and grocery stores. The only complaint was the basement bathroom had a very strong musty smell to it. We kept the door closed and it didn’t affect the rest of the room and the other bathroom was fine. There is off and on street noise but it is to be expected in these old buildings. "The apartment was great for my family of 4 to spend a week in Madrid. It was about a 15-25 minute walk to all of the major sightseeing activities in the city and there was a bus stop within a couple of minutes to take you to town/metro/train station, etc. It was great to have a washer and kitchen. "I had an amazing stay at BB Puerta del Sol! This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel is how super quiet it is. Despite being so close to the bustling center of the city, my room felt like an oasis of peace, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was absolutely amazing – incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it hard to leave in the morning! I woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. A lovely touch was the daily delivery of fresh bread, donuts, and water right to my door every morning. It was such a nice surprise and the perfect start to my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. They made me feel very welcome, and their warm hospitality really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. "Excellent location, beautiful hotel, lovely room. One female staff member at reception was particularly wonderful, wish I knew her name. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. Large breakfast buffet but pricey. Couldn’t use the rooftop lounge area due to weather and construction."
