"Everything that made this property worthwhile was broken or closed. No pool/tub (closed), fitness equipment works but old and the screens/displays were destroyed on the cardio machines. It looked tired. Dirtier than a 3/4 star hotel should be and the staff was either hard to find or thoroughly unhelpful. I reached out to the management but he/she wasn’t present on site and did not return a message I had left. I travel a lot(weekly business traveler), rarely complain and can muddle through most...
