"I absolutely adored this hotel. Location is right in the middle of Kreuzberg, my favorite hood in Berlin. It is half a block from my favorite bar! The hotel itself is beautiful and happening - what a great lounge, great staff and room. Adored this place."

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
