"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Very enjoyable. Arrived by plane. Easy train and streetcar trip to hotel. Excellent streetcar and U-Bahn connections all around city. Room was very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful full hot breakfast each morning. Safe, clean, quiet surroundings adjacent to a major hospital and wellness campus. We would definitely go back. "
