9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (340)
"The front desk people were, as always, fantastic. Faith, Kiyerra and Marco were so helpful, professional and accommodating. I can't say enough about them. Really and truly. We adore Joe Jackson as well. He's always hospitable and willing to go the extra mile. We feel so great about staying at this hotel. Our friends tell us over and over that we simply must try to Fairmont Claremont due to its elegant and historical setting, etc., but we have no interest in staying anywhere but the Residence Inn...

★Lovely Mid-Century Modern Gem! ★BAY VIEWS★ HOT TUB★PARKING! ★PETS WELCOME!

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (49)
"This is a nice home situated in the hills of Berkeley. The layout is decent, with 2 bedrooms in the main area and 1 bedroom detached underneath. It was easy for our extended family to stay with 5 adults and 2 children. Only one shower / bath, which is a downside for a larger group. The views of the city are incredible, and we found ourselves sitting in the living room at night, looking out the expansive windows and taking it all in. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to cook a large...

Peaceful relaxation in house with lots of restaurants and the Bay close by!

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (20)
"First the good - location - Price - Clarity, owner communicated that this was an unpretentious place Now on to why this deserves only a 2 stars out of 5 a) The towels were not clean b) The sheets and whole place had a musty smell c) The shower mat needs to be replaced d) There are tears in the linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom e) The front steps were broken and rotted f) The backyard was overgrown These would have been tolerable, however, what made the trip a real headache was the owner -...

Cottage In Prime Location

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"While the place was clean, and we enjoyed our stay there are 2 issues that can pose a problem. 1 the parking can be hard to get. And if you come when it's dark the first day locating the house can be challenging. 2 the bed is on a raise floor about 18inch up. There is a step stool to use but older people should beware as this could be a problem. The bed is very comfortable and sleep well. The washing machine did not work while we were there. Would stay again for short visits."
