"Went to Mexico City for my girlfriend’s birthday and booked this hotel. The hotel itself was good and the room was really big. The only negative thing was the AC broke down and it was a little warm in the room. They provided us with a fan which helped quite a bit. I also wish that the gym was a little bit bigger. It only had one elliptical and one treadmill. "

"Nice área hotel is nice ,service could be better restaurant service horrible nasty -but if you go about a block away to Fonda Trotamundo Restaurant the food is excellent for breakfast "

"Hotel in clean safe area with good-sized rooms Resposive staff. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety of breakfast. 10mins walk to Chilapancingo metro and even fewer to the buses. Lots of food options around but do not go to the Twin Peaks!! They're rogues. Will stay again "
