"Had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were wonderful, particularly the beautiful pool and rooftop bar. We very much enjoyed the excellent variety at the breakfast buffet. The serving staff there was great. Especially, Diana, Diego, Edgar and Jethro. The Concierge Diego and all the other Concierge staff gave superb recommendations and made us feel very welcome. "This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...
