"We had a great stay here during our Mexico City trip. The only downside we thought (and the reason for the 4 star and not 5) was we didn’t get free water in the hotel other than the 2 bottles we received during check in. We were 4 guests and upon requesting for a couple more bottles, we were told to buy it from the vending machine or go downstairs to Walmart. We didn’t have change handy and had to go down to Walmart and stand in a line for checkout (it was about to close and had a long time)"

"The entire experience was better than expected. The service by the front desk was super friendly. Sofia took care of us for the entirety of our stay. I used the workout place, which had all the essentials for a good workout routine. The room was great and when we extended our stay, they arranged for us not to move rooms. That to me was going above and beyond. Great place to stay with tons of things to do around it, all within walking distance. "
