"Everything was perfect until check-out when I asked for the shuttle from T2 to T1 of the airport. Service I had reserved on check-in and confirmed at 7pm. At 5:15 am, both receptonist, rudely denied I had reserved when suddenly the shuttle driver arrived and informed them, I had reserved the service, and he was ready to take me to T1"

"Room and bathroom is dated. But very clean and comfy bed. Air conditioning cooled but it didn’t seem to get cold enough. Food at club level was mediocre and additional servers were needed as we never had a 2nd coffee poured or even asked if we wanted wine. Food was never replaced fast enough leaving at times nothing to chose from even though they were far from closing. Would stay here again, but would hope they would work on these services. "

"The property infrastructure maintenance doesn’t get a 5 star for me but it is clean and attractive. The location next to the park and walkable to Bellas Artes and the Zocalo (at a push) is really in the middle of so much that is wonderful about Mexico City. Plus it is close to Hidalgo subway station. If you chose to take the subway from the airport you must take the yellow line which is accessible by a red city bus near to door 4 in terminal 2… pack light because there are no elevators "
