"Very beautiful and stylish hotel, every detail well thought, clean rooms and all hotel areas well maintained. Lovely snorkelling near by, and best breakfast on the island indeed! Unfortunately we have experienced some building noises right next to the pool (they were building another restaurant during open hours?) which really disturbed our time near the pool, as well as the halls were painted at the same time limiting access to the rooms. "Amazing friendly staff, great views, delicious drinks, wonderful friendly bar staff, a sushi restaurant, super clean, paradise beach, a great room cleaner called Alice who was incredible and always smiling! I’d definitely return! "

"Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"The location is great and the entire property setting is beautiful. The rooms are nice and we had a lagoon room which feels even more private. The Japanese restaurant is very nice, overall the food is good. It’s still one of the great resorts in the Indian Ocean. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Solana Beach Hotel! The staff is just fantastic, friendly and very attentive! Only suggestions are to have more bins around to leave rubbish and the toilet would benefit a fresh coat of paint."
