"Second time in Preskil and again quite downgraded service from front desk staff and welcome team. Hotel have great location, solid condition just tricky maneuvers from hotel management and front desk team :-( that’s drowning the value of vacation there. "

"Thank you to all the lovely staff who work here that made our stay amazing. This hotel is located about 50 minutes from the airport. It’s tucked away and great for privacy. My husband and I stayed in the luxury ocean front pool suite. The view of the ocean from the balcony and infinity pool was tranquil and lovely to wake up to everyday. "Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. She told me not to accompany my parents because its the company policy that strangers do not need to have access to other client’s room. My mom told her both are my daughters are residing in the hotel even that she insisted not to accompany...

"Good stay very nice for adults, decent kids club but not a lot of children at the resort. Boat club has very limited options(weather dependent). Very nice stay if you want to rest. "

"Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"This is a lovely property. My room overlooks the beach. It was fascinating to watch the harvest of the coconut trees. The cleanliness of the relaxing areas is such a bonus. I can’t recommend this place more strongly "
