"From the moment we arrived at this hotel the service was top notch. First glimpse of the hotel is stunning and it continues from there. The room and bathroom were beautiful. All the rooms have a gorgeous ocean view. Breakfast (included) was delicious and you lacked for nothing. I highly recommend staying here"

"This is a bonafide five-star hotel and probably one of our best hotels we ever stayed at. We normally aim for O&O, Rosewood and Four Seasons and sometimes Mandarin Oriental and this is a top 5 in the world for us. The food is world-class and service is impeccable and we actually extended our stay with an additional 5 days and rebooked our flights back to Europe. One in the family haven’t been feeling well for a few days and the entire hotel and staff is helpful to accommodating our needs and “bending” the rules in the right way to ensure as smooth experience as possible despite the situation. We were also fans of the Guerlain Spa that was classy all the way. The staff have a high awareness of our dietary expectations and limitations from the day of arrival and through out our stay. We highly recommend this to families who wishes a smooth vacation with great food and world-class service. We think the Ocean Front Rooms are value for money and the terrace rooms are also the best."

"The hotel itself is stunning the pictures on line do not do it justice. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. There are so many places to sit whether you want to sit in the shade or sunbath. The beach just across the road is beautiful and the hotel take a drinks trolley so that you can get cold drinks there. The snorkelling from the beach was good but the snorkelling trip ran by the hotel that takes you out is really worth doing. The restaurants were good we particularly liked Kot Nou serving Mauritian food. The Market restaurant served lovely poke bowls, burgers, wraps, grilled food etc at lunchtime but unfortunately the lunchtime service was quite slow you can opt for the buffet in the other restaurant and serve yourself which is obviously quicker. We also enjoyed eating at the street food shack for lunch. The daily programmes are great from cooking classes to beach volleyball. The evening entertainment was also good we really enjoyed the live music, there was a lovely atmosphere around the Papaya bar. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and we felt genuinely wanted us to enjoy our holiday. Preety cleaned our room and always so friendly. The room was clean and beautifully presented. I would recommend going to the local market in Flacq we also took a day trip around the south of the island which was fantastic. Mauritius is a beautiful country with very friendly welcoming people I would not hestitate to return. "

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. We’re already planning our return trip. "

"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."
