Special thanks to the extremely helpful and friendly staff at the AR Bars, La Citronelle Lakaz Indigo beach restaurant deer hunter receptions, boat house staff and the ski team !! It's a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend. "

"Very family friendly hotel in a beautiful setting. Kids club had a variety of fun activities and food choices for our 1.5yr and 4yr kids were surprisingly great with nutritious healthy options available. Room was very comfortable and well equipped, could’ve been a bit cleaner at times."

"Had such a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel for 12 nights. Exceeded our expectations, amazing room with the most stunning sea views, fantastic choice of freshly cooked food at every meal time, cocktails shaken for you whenever you wish, water sports to try on the most incredible white sand beach in turquoise waters!! Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and met fabulous staff throughout our stay who couldn’t do enough for you. Would return again in a heartbeat to this gem of a hotel. Thank you to all staff for a wonderfully restful, enjoyable holiday that we won’t ever forget. "

"Overall a fantastic stay for my 30th birthday! The staff are all so helpful and attentive. What we loved: Staff gave me a birthday cake surprise at dinner - thank you so much Sayid. The house keeping also decorated my bed with a happy birthday message which was so lovely. Staff were also friendly, attentive that they made sure I was comfortable as I was also pregnant. The dolce vita restaurant was delicious - thanks Kenny for serving us! Our room was comfortable, spacious and very quiet so we couldn’t hear other guests. The food at the buffet was delicious and I liked the variety. You can book a taxi from the hotel. The beach is lovely and clean and on a hot day it’s beautiful to relax there. Lots of activities at the hotel and excursions from hotel available. I also used the spa facilities and enjoyed a massage and facial. What could be improved: East of the island can be very windy and we went during the winter season and the pool was cold so maybe the hotel could add some heating to the pool. At breakfast first few days there was decafe coffee but then none so for pregnant guests etc. please ensure decafe tea and coffee is available. Also sometimes at breakfast had to wait a long time before you get tea or coffee served. At checkout the porter said it would be few mins to come get our bags from the room (we called at 11:45am) but only came after 1 hour to with the bags which was stressful as taxi to the airport was waiting so have separate checkout & checkin porter! "
