"Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. "The location is great and the entire property setting is beautiful. The rooms are nice and we had a lagoon room which feels even more private. The Japanese restaurant is very nice, overall the food is good. It’s still one of the great resorts in the Indian Ocean. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Solana Beach Hotel! The staff is just fantastic, friendly and very attentive! Only suggestions are to have more bins around to leave rubbish and the toilet would benefit a fresh coat of paint."
