"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"This place is one of those hidden gems you almost don’t want to leave a review out of fear more people will find out. The rooms are beautifully curated and the attentiveness of staff is unmatched. The property is quiet despite being located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. There are very few hotels I’d go back to ahain, but this one will definitely be my go to lodging in CDMX."
