"The front desk attendant Miguel is one of the nicest people we've met in the city. He offers many helpful transportation tips for those who are visiting, and his guided tour of the Casa Chopo property was great. The building has such a rich history and the furnishings are absolutely beautifully maintained from the olden 1860s to early 1900s era, when the streets in this neighborhood were cobble stone streets, before railroad cars were the big new thing! I was amazed the unique beauty of this...

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"This property was in an amazing local area & very walkable. It was not large but big enough for two people. It was very clean and had all you needed there. Some night time noise so I suggest you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper."
