Being that it is not a hotel as such, there is no maid service unless you want to pay for it. "I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."
