"THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AT THE HOSTEL, AND THE STAFF MEMBER DURING THE EVENING SHIFT, ANDRE I BELIEVE IS HIS NAME GIVES A VERY WIERD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RUDE, NOT EXACTLY BAD. "An hotel that looks nothing like the photos. The hotel is not at 7minutes distance from the airport, with trafic 40 min, fluid 25 we did both. There is no check in or check out counter, there was only a security gardian who gave us the key at the entrance. The bed was not a mattress at all and it was dirty like they just made the bed and didn't change to wash them. A sofa with white powder, and I don’t thing it was baking soda to clean it up. "This place is clean and charming. The neighborhood is also really great. The staff is friendly and the rooms have character with high ceilings and doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the street below. The only downside to staying at Hostal Regina is that it's on the second and third floors of the building its in and there are no elevators so you have to carry all your luggage up and down at least 2 flights of stairs.
