"Really cozy place! With beautiful Christmas decorations and very well kept! The location is very convenient, about a 4 minute walk to the village centre, there’s also a ski in/out at the back of the complex. Also, the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. This was our first time at Big White and we’ll be back next year! Such a charming and masterfully designed ski area. Thanks!"

The service guy arrived the next day to service hot tub and had no idea we had reached out for help on the temperature issue. He was very apologetic about the answer we received and adjusted the tub settings to bring hot tub up to the PROPER temperature!😁👍. 104"

"We had a fantastic stay at this chalet at Big White! The property is spacious with generous room sizes, each featuring its own bathroom—perfect for a group or family. The location is unbeatable: it’s right on the hill and just a short, easy trip to the village. There’s plenty of parking, and the hot tub was well-maintained—a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend this chalet for an unforgettable mountain getaway!"
