"We traveled to Brooklyn for a family medical emergency. The reception staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Ms Jewel and Mr Pranav were very helpful and accommodating. They honored our free upgrade and that made all the difference for our comfort over 12 nights. The rooms are not what I consider to be fancy but the L’Occitane de Provence bath items and the bath robes made it feel kind of luxurious. Recommend a larger mini-fridge where we can actually store our items for reheating, etc. The few items in the fridge take up the tiny space. The breakfast was sufficient with several options. Recommend a variety from day-to-day. We need protein to start off the day but hard boiled eggs, ham and turkey cold cuts and the same American cheese slices gets old after more than a few days. Scrambled eggs, cheese and vegetable omelet, sausage, bacon, etc., just change it up. "
