"A stunning hotel conveniently located in the heart of Bath. Quiet and luxurious, and a perfect escape for couples. The bedrooms are impeccably clean, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa is free to access between 8-10 am and 7-9 pm. We used the spa at 7pm, as did most other residents, however it wasn't too busy and was a lovely space to unwind before dinner. The cocktail bar has a good selection of spirits and drinks, and the lounge is relaxing to to enjoy them in. Note hotel parking is £40/day (not £21 as per the advert); we paid for parking in Southgate which is safe and £18/24 hours (alternatively Park & Ride is £2/day). Overall this was a fantastic hotel and we would recommend and return. "

"Just Wow ! We were in "The Range" Premier King Room. It was magnificent , The unique Range feature was amazing making the room unforgettable , with a huge stunning comfortable bed and beautiful furniture it felt more like being in a country manor. Very large double shower and the longest and deepest bath I have used, came with really nice toiletries, soft towels and bath robes. Considering the hotel is on a busy road the thick wooden shutters cut out all the noise. Breakfast was lovely , overlooking a pretty walled garden . Apologies for not remembering names but the lady we met on arrival was lovely , so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were being greated by a friend. Also the young lady that took over in the evening was lovely and bar prices were very reasonable. Breakfast waitress was very attentive. There is parking in front of the hotel and on road parking right outside if the car park is full , you just have to give your car registration which they pass on for the permit. We were visiting The Bath Forum and it was only a 10 minute walk. Considering this Hotel is in Bath and the standard of everything it is great value for money. We will be back to try the other rooms."

"Love this hotel, staff friendly and always helpful. Food great. Room clean and a good shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and no complaints. Only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town"

"I love this place! I came back here after having an amazing stay over Christmas. The staff are lovely and the rooms are cozy. The village is beautiful, quiet, and very serene. The canal is nearby and is a lovely walk. The view from my room overlooked the village, valley, and Avon River. With the frost on the ground, it turned magical! "
