"Quiet rooms and friendly staff. My check-in was delayed by an hour but they compensated me for this inconvenience without me needing to negotiate. One thing to keep in mind is that parking fees are additional to your stay at £18 per 24 hours; limited parking on-site so you need to use the adjacent carparks. Although this is mentioned in the small print it caught out severest guests who made their feelings known to staff who handled it well. You should also note it is situated on roads where a clean air charge is enforced at £15 per day (if your vehicle is non-compliant) making the stay even more expensive. "

"We were happy from the beginning until the end! We felt very welcome and were very happy throughout our stay. Our little ones were sad that they couldn’t go to the pool but they really enjoyed the room. The suite was perfect for my parents, our kids, my husband and I to share. "

"Lovely hotel which was well located within the town centre. My partner and I didn't get to use the facilities as much as we had hoped, but we still had a great time, and the spa facilities were the highlight for my partner!. The only downside for me was the size of the gym, which I had hoped would have been be bigger, as everything was crammed on top of each other. Luckily, I was able to use the gym at a quiet time, but I can imagine it would be difficult to move around during peak times."

Although we didn’t get the chance to fully explore the hotel’s facilities, the hospitality alone made our stay exceptional. After checking out, we planned to explore the city and asked if we could leave our luggage behind, as it would have been too much to carry around. Without hesitation, the staff happily accommodated our request, assuring us that we could return at any time to collect it. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness truly stood out.
