"My big complaint was the notification that I was emailed hours before arriving. I was instructed that there was no designated parking for hotel guests. And to not park on behind the hotel or on the west side which is reserved for restaurant customers. Parking there would have you towed. There is no other place to park."

"Property was good but I did not have any towels in the room. Empty tissue box and tv was not connected to wall socket. When connecting to socket, socket panel fell off(was not screwed on). Pool also did not have any towels and when there was, there was only small ones. One side of pool bar handle removed and small steel bar still left and became a hazard for kids. Kids were almost injured. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. I forgot my ice pack in freezer and wasn’t able to return for it....

"I had a very nice stay at your motel. The staff was supportive and efficient. The room was clean and adequate. The water had to be shut off the morning of Oct 22. I was not notified ahead of time of this outage, or even after it started. Fortunately, I had finished my shower just a few minutes earlier. Keep yourself customers informed, please. "

"This property was wonderful and exceeded my expectations! There was plenty to do and see nearby within walking distance. The only downside was the noisy construction across the street, which also made the outside area look a little messy. However, I do understand construction is out of your control!! "There for less than 24 hours, but it was long enough to know this was a special place. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, food was delicious between the complementary breakfast and the onsite restaurant, pool/lounge area was exceptional. By far the best part, though, was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned with making sure our stay was wonderful - and they succeeded. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Tempe area!"
