Really enjoyed staying at this location! Building was clean and safe, room was clean, great options for sitting outside and walkable distance to downtown shops and restaurants. More inside signs leading to the Sonder rooms would improve the stay, as the halls all look the same and can be confusing. Overall great place to stay

It was great to have access to a pool, lounges, and in-unit washer/dryer. Clean apartment, however, for three adults, there was not nearly enough seating. Only two chairs and a small couch.

If you like a rock solid bed and tvs not in the room and you have to pay for parking as well this is the place for you. I tried to get a refund for the rest of the stays after my first night due to be super uncomfortable but they refused so they moved me into another room with the same bed. So I put Bolth the comforters on top of the mattress for some cushion.

Property itself is very nice and lots do with in. The stay I was not very satisfied with the amenities inside residence as they didn’t count for how many people staying for towels or pool towels, facecloths etc. I found the space not super clean the carpets, the communication was 50/50 on taking too the resort company I had to actually call versus the app, the pull out couch bed is definitely not a bed they accommodated with a inflatable mattress (not really impressed when you are paying for a bed)

Booked this specific Sonder for heated pool However it was not heated and we couldn’t use our fob to access the joining building with the hot tub. Chat on the app was inconsistent we’re home form our trip and still waiting to hear why the heater wasn’t working or how to get our fob to work for the hot tub space.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was fabulous. The location can’t be beat! We did a haunted walking tour and went to chase field for Smashing Pumpkins and Green Day concert and we were very close to both. The check in and out process is perfect. Will definitely stay again

Absolutely loved staying here. It was a beautiful apartment. The only thing that spoiled it for me was the issue with my prepaid parking. There was no way of accessing the parking app without a US mobile number so I ended up having to pay again and they said the prepaid parking was none refundable

I like that the property is centrally located and safe for solo women travelers. Property has an excellent alarm system that only the truly deaf could even remotely sleep through.
