Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and the a/c was terrible. We needed a room for about 8 hours before heading to the airport for a very early flight. The location was good for food options.

Property is older for sure, and the area isn’t necessarily the “best”, but to be across the street from the Van Buren and walkable distance to most things in the downtown area, despite dirty walls and carpet, little to no complaints.

It was last minute and it wasn’t to expensive at all so it was a place to sleep, doors has secure locks and appliances worked. Employee’s were quick to get me checked in.
