"Beach front not safe if you are a female alone I was travelling alone.I tried to not speak at all because I only speak English..I felt targeted when I asked three men to stop talking to me at the beachfront The pool at the hotel was lovely though 2 great English speakers.. Fertinand in the restaurant and front desk spoke great English very well and were helpful.Food at the restaurant was very well done. The price was very reasonable The locstion was great."

"Good location for carnaval but rooms where really really dirty and soooooooo expensive, no toillette paper, no elevator, hair all pver the place with sliding floor in the room since its so dirty"

"No surprise this was one of the only places with vacancies left for a late decision to attend Carnival. I pre-requested an early check-in for an overnight flight. Not only was that not granted but my room was not even ready by the stated 2pm check-in with me sitting in the lobby 2.5 hours practically begging. No guests allowed in the hotel during Carnival. Not even up to the pool even though one clown at the front desk assured me it would be no problem. Pillows are terrible. The AC in the...
