The assigned room had the wrong number of beds. We only had breakfast one of the two days because the cook was away due to low demand. There wasn't any water available on breakfast."

Not only was that not granted but my room was not even ready by the stated 2pm check-in with me sitting in the lobby 2.5 hours practically begging. No guests allowed in the hotel during Carnival.
