Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why.

Péssimo hotel
O quarto parecia ser bom, mas o ar não funcionou e vazou agua por todo o quarto. Sorte que minha mala era impermeável, senão tinha molhado tudo dentro. Café da manhã bem fraco, hotel estava lotado e não tinha funcionários suficientes para atender e repor o buffet. Local do café da manhã muito pequeno e sem infraestrutura suficiente para atender os hóspedes.

Ar condicionado não funcionava, o que acarretou troca de 5 quartos, até que enfim nos colocarem em um que funcionava. Entretanto, após período ligado, começava a vazar água que alagava o quarto. Queriam colocar em outro hotel, muito mais longe, porém após negociação, nos mantiveram no The Hotel. Não possuem ventiladores como forma de contingência, o que é um absurdo, uma vez que Salvador é extremamente quente. É preciso urgentemente terem uma manutenção preventiva nos quartos. Muitos pernilongos, muitos mesmo, então já levem seus repelentes. Café da manhã, se chegar mais tarde, muitos itens não irá comer, pois não há reposição. Elogio ao recepcionista Diego, que apesar dos pesares, tentou ao máximo minimizar a má impressão que o hotel nos causou. Excelente profissional. No mais, o hotel vale somente pela localização.

Hotel muito bom, perto da praia da Barra, caminhando 5 minutos. Melhor ainda por estar colado ao Shopping Barra, onde pode almoçar/jantar/passear. Atendimento excelente.

Estadia mujito satisfatória com ótima localização
Foi uma estadia boa. Como estava chovendo muito forte, entrou água no apartamento 508, alagou um pouco e tivemos que chamar o funcionário. No dia seguinte mudamos de quarto. Fora isso, quarto cheiroso, tudo limpo e agradável. Café da manhã de qualidade, só deixo aqui uma sugestão de um café mais quente e água para chá também.
