"It was a very basic hotel and the rooms where not very welcoming. Although housekeeping came daily if wanted, the new sheets were stained. Not to say they hadn't been cleaned, but had irremovable stains I guess. Rooms were dated with noticeable damage to tiles etc. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted with ordering food to the hotel when my in laws didn't fancy going out at night. "

"No surprise this was one of the only places with vacancies left for a late decision to attend Carnival. I pre-requested an early check-in for an overnight flight. Not only was that not granted but my room was not even ready by the stated 2pm check-in with me sitting in the lobby 2.5 hours practically begging. No guests allowed in the hotel during Carnival. "Very old hotel. Looks creepy inside. Not too clean. Bed is uncomfortable. They didn't provide even some soap in the bathroom. Breakfast is average. They don't speak a single word of English. The guy at the reception tried to charge me more than the price I got though Expedia. The only good thing is its closeness to the beach. Overall an awful stay. "
