"This time my trip was disappointing due to the lack of Gluten Free and Lactose Free selection.... when approached to the catering staff, they told me that they didn't have any soya milk but just oats milk and just muesli as the only cereal. It is a shame as for the rest of the breakfast selection is vast but so disappointing with the GF & LF diets. Please reconsider in increasing a wider selection for special diets requirements such as Gluten & Lactose Free. "

"We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there. This means it had not been saved as lost property by the housekeepers and had been discarded. In our opinion this is not good practise. "

"Lovely hotel. I stay often for work. For some reason it wouldnt alloq me to book breakfast. I wasnt advised when i arrived if it was availbe or not. Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar. The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv. Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars. Very clean and friendly staff as always."
