"We have stayed in this hotel on two different occasions when travelling from the UK back home and it has always been a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, cosy and spacious whilst the bathroom had a good quality shower and other amenities. The breakfast was varied; the best compliment I can raise is that our three year old had a fun time choosing from the wide variety of options and enjoyed it very much."

"Lovely hotel. Reception & staff for breakfast were great. Room size was fine. Bathroom size was tiny(but was stated in other reviews), so we knew. No air con, so was hot(fan supplied in room), helped but very warm trying to sleep. Things we knew before hand, so not a complaint but would be a higher rating if rooms had air con. "

"Lovely hotel. Needs a little refresh, but the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the bridge! The window opened which was great for some fresh air! The concierge was over the top friendly and helpful. Excellent location in London. Close to Tower of London and the tube also. "

"Loved the hotel - didnt like the price point! Clearly taking advantage of where the hotel is located. Drinks in the bar and dinner were over the top expensive. We had a bottle of wine that cost £58 that sells for £15 retail. Save the money and bring snacks/food/drinks with you. We still enjoyed the stay especially the roof top bar and the room was very clean and well maintained. Recommend for its location and convenience - but the final bill is going to be painful! Very easy to find when arriving by national express to Heathrow central bus station. "
