"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"We had a lovely week in Casa Bellavista. What amazing views! It’s a comfortable property and well located. "Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"

"Gianni and his wife were lovely hosts in this quiet respite of a location near Lago Maggiore. We had a short stay but hope to return soon. The apartment is spacious and very clean. You have everything you need but a car is suggested for getting groceries or visiting the nearby villages."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
