When we arrived it was late and I asked about groceries. I was told the store was closed. About 15 minutes later the caretaker arrived with a bag of essentials for the next day!!!! Who could ask for more! I would highly recommend this property. My only reason for not giving it all 5's is the bedding. We did not...

Only thing I would like to change for next visit was the partly uncomfortable mattress. It was a bit worn out and wrong size in the bed. "FANTASTIC. I tend to leave honest reviews, and I must say that Monte Rosa is FABULOUS. Including the balcony, we had beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape from all four directions (breathtakingly beautiful), and the rooms were also extremely clean and beautiful, like a wooden hut in a storybook. The place is large (one living room + kitchen, bathroom (with the best view in the house), a balcony and two bedrooms). If I visited Switzerland again, I would definitely look for this...
