One of the best properties I have ever stayed at! Almost brand new with all the modern conveniences but still has that rustic appeal. Location so handy to the train station with Zermatt only a beautiful 12 minute ride away and not the expensive prices you would pay there. A couple of good grocery stores nearby.

No issues whatsoever. One of the nicest places we have stayed in a month in Europe. The facility was clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable with good sheets. Perfect location to catch the train to Zermatt. Excellent food in the restaurant as well. Two complementary drinks (orange juice or prosecco) and discounted parking

Absolutely loved this property! Hotel is located right across the train station. Rooms are beautiful, modern but give you chalet feel! Staff is very friendly and helpful! We were going to be late and called the hotel, they had our checkin package ready for us’. Alexandra was very helpful!

This is a new hotel with spectacular contemporary design and great attention to guest comfort. Although the county road and rail line to Zermatt are close, the soundproofing is excellent and my room was totally quiet. Mountain views in all four directions. Direct elevator to parking. Two upscale supermarkets nearby provide lots of affordable healthy meal options. Transport connections to Zermatt are as convenient as if you were staying in Zermatt.

Great stay in Taesch! New hotel with underground parking, approx. 3min walk from the train station. Hotel restaurant offered a good variety of food and very tasty! Overall great hotel stay for skiing vacation in Zermatt at a reasonable price.

Overall very comfortable stay. We book family room so it was spacious. Breakfast was good quality and taste good. The only problem was the noise from the construction next door but the hotel informed us the day before our check in about this and we decided to proceed.

High class hotel.

This hotel brims over with class. The rooms are extremely well furnished with a high standard of furniture. Everything from bathroom products to towels and linen are of very high quality. The train terminal from Tasch to Zermatt is a 3 minute walk from hotel. The staff are delightful. I would not hesitate to return.

Porta Cervino is newly opened. When we stayed there it had opened only two weeks before. There are still operational kinks but the property is sparkling clean, everything is new, and the staff is very helpful. Being in Tasch, there aren’t a lot of eating options. The hotel is directly across from the train station which makes it very convenient.

Brand new hotel with beautiful natural stone and timber floors and walls, modern and welcoming styling and interior. Much higher quality accommodation than staying in Zermatt for the same price, and only a 15 minute train ride away. The pillows had no support at all, but doubling up by folding them in half made sleeping comfortable. We stayed in winter and found the room temperature overnight was way too hot, but leaving the balcony door open a few centimetres gave us a comfortable sleeping temperature. All in all, it was a great place to stay, and the staff were super engaged, welcoming and helpful.
