Absolutely wonderful stay from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was extremely helpful! We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our room! Excellent breakfast. Great location! Our favorite hotel during our 3 week trip in Europe.

This hotel is a great location near the center and the lifts yet are an adorable price. It lacks a sauna, hot tub, or pool, so it is more of a bargain option than a luxury stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly and professional, as we were the rest of the staff. Was a great place nearby a lot of nightlife, the train, rental shops, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend it for the next person(s) looking to come out to Zermatt!

View of Matterhorn from the front was impressive. An E-bus stop was across the road to get to the gondra station was very convenient. The staff was frendly and felt very cozy.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly welcoming helpful staff. Breakfast was great, pot of tea, good selection of cold foods, lovely marmalade. Easy walk from train station and to shopping. Only downside would be for people taller than 1.8 metres may have limited headroom in the shower.

Hôtel Parnass is a great hotel to stay while in Zermatt. It is clean and modern. The continental breakfast is really good with a lot of choice. And what is really nice, you see the Matterhorn just as you step out of the hotel on a clear day. Get the south facing room if you can.

Wonderful property great staff. Good breakfast included. Great if the weather is good to see the Matterhorn!! Remember you are taking a risk that the clouds can hide the mountain. I could actually lay in my bed and see the Matterhorn.

A good value in a very expensive resort. No fridge or microwave in the room but that's typical for a 3-star hotel in Zermatt. Single room very cramped. Very desirable location and access to lift stations. Great breakfast!

The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet & great location. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn from my room and balcony. I especially enjoyed the sound of the river, which was outside and below my room, and made for very soothing white noise while I slept. Only one thing-someone opened my room door while I was sleeping one of nights I was there, and was surprised to see someone in the room. Whoever it was immediately closed the door and I went right back to sleep. I mentioned this to the manager and he said it may have been because of a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. But anyway, that was a very minor incident and no harm was done, and overall I highly recommend this hotel.
