"Having landed on the evening of the Earthquake impact, everything was chaotic and they ended up downgrading me to a standard room as the premium room was damaged due to the quake. This room also had cracks and made me really worried being on a high floor. However next day I was upgraded to a suite and that compensated for the 1st night. The breakfast was very good but not much of other services available for a 5 star. "

"Every is good but it can be better. I do not like the smell inside the hotel and especially in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are wonderful. Room are clean. Only the strange unlikeable smell I did not like."
