"So many unexpected and well thought out details, very functional, like the best toilet roll holder ever - folds flat onto the wall when taking the roll off. The lighting options were extraordinary, being able to have sublte light from the headboard, or a bit more when turning on the bar light. Also a light that turns on automatically when opening the wardrobe doors helps a great deal. Having electric curtains and blinds makes it a true five star hotel. The widest bed ever, felt plush. Also the towels were so plush and absorbant, just felt wonderful to use. The slippers were similar. All together, very pleasant and well thought through. There was one memorable interaction. I had a pink store bag and made the mistake of placing it between the waste bin and the wall. Housekeeping (understandably) took the bag. At first I thought there was just some loose change in the bottom, but then I realized some expensive sunglasses were in there. When going down to reception to see what could be done, the receptionist who checked me sensed my hesitation and discomfort, listened with concern and empathy which was greatly appreciated. Five or ten minutes later there was a knock on my hotel room door and I was reunited with the bag and sunglasses. Housekeeping was very kind and so appolagetic. As for the receptionist: she’s manager material and the hotel can be proud to have her."

"My usual hotel stay in Bangkok. Due to its location. Walking distance to the train plus all the malls around the hotel makes it a great place to stay in Bangkok. As the traffic condition there is no joke. Another perk they have is the executive room which provide free access to the lounge from 5-7pm with light snakes and free flow of drinks. Breakfast can also be take there every morning. Wonder when will the hotel give me a free upgrade after all the reviews I wrote for them.. 😅 "

"We love Eastin Grand in all aspects. Whenever we go BKK we would stay here! The breakfasts in lounge or in the Market were perfect with enough varieties for even the pickiest eaters. The only complaint is the water pressure this time 😰 I washed my long hair in salon during my stay anyways. "
