I booked this hotel without really researching or reading reviews. This hotel has one of the best customer service I’ve encountered. It’s also walking distance to the mall but the hotel offers buggy transportation. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous service and the best breakfast !! Room was very spacious and clean. I am not a shopping person however you have to check out Siam Paragon which is a 3 minute walk away (or you can get the free shuttle) The supermarket is next level !! The location is perfect with markets and restaurants in easy walking distance. The tours on offer from the hotel concierge were really good !
