"Staff were very helpful, Rooftop bar has great views across Bangkok. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel is excellent but there were one or two small items in our bedroom that need maintenance. It is a very busy part of Bangkok and getting anywhere by taxi can be slow due to the traffic. I’d recommend using the trains as an alternative "
